Few things to keep an eye out for. 16 May 2010

1.EFC 04 in August……..it is gonna be big!!

2.Elbow and clinch seminar on Saturday 22nd May 2010,  10 am start time

3.Please be informed of the annual fee increase that will be implemented from the 1st of June 2010.

4. Nathan Raath will be hosting a fundraising seminar at his facility, Quantum Tribe (Bruma Lake) on the 29th of May 2010. All proceeds will go to Ozzy and his family. Chris Bright will also be attending. Day entry of R250 only. It is really for a good cause.

5. For all the CrossFitters there will be a mini CrossFit games in June to help Sam and Neil warm up for the actual games. Watch the CF pages for details.

6. Congratulations to Hayley and Chett filling the pool of fighters at the FFM with the arrival of Baby Dane Meyer a.k.a. “The Threat 2.0″.

7. The next advancement program will be hosted after the EFC 04. That leaves plenty of time to train for those hopefuls out there.

8. Thailand is creeping ever so close. Please let Rich or Chef know whether you will be attending this years tour as we need to book space at our gym. Leaving 22nd November and returning approximately six weeks later. You can come and go when you want during those times.
